Soultones is committed to maintaining client trust and the trust of visitors to our website. We are not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies for marketing purposes.

Personal Information - Queries
Personal information refers to any information that may be used to identify you, such as; your name, email address or phone number. You can browse Soultones’ website without providing any of this information. We do collect anonymous data to analyse traffic but this is not tied in to your IP address. However, there are actions on our website that require you to provide personal details. This information is used exclusively to respond to your query and is not saved or stored in a database or other system.

Personal Information - Forms

With the exception of credit card information, we store the information from your consultation, booking and enquiry forms to allow us to track consulting issues or refer to a previous booking to provide customer service where needed. You may choose to have your information completely removed from this system by e-mailing us at soultoneshealingsound@gmail.com with your request. We do not store any type of sales information.

Terms and Conditions

Participation

Taking part in Soultones healing sessions (one-to-one programmes, group healings, workshops and retreats) is completely voluntary. Any practice or exercise offered is a suggestion. It is your own free choice and responsibility to participate.

​

By participating in Soultones healing sessions, you confirm you understand that you will be working therapeutically with Samantha Parker, and will be working on, but not limited to, physical, psychological and emotional levels.

​

You also confirm that there is no reason that you should not take part in these healing sessions and take full responsibility for your own physical, mental and emotional wellbeing during and after each experience.

The participant is responsible for ensuring that they have the right support structures in place before and after to work through anything that surfaces after their participation in Soultones healing sessions.

 

Payment

All payments are to be made by bank transfer using your local currency to Soultones’ business bank account, which will be provided upon booking via https://www.soultones-healing.com/

​

Full payment for an individual four-session pack must be made 24 hours before the beginning of the first session.

​

For an individual 10-session healing pack, you have the option to either pay in full at the time of booking, or to pay a deposit upfront for half the price of the pack, and the other half before session six.

​

If you are a first-time client, have paid for an individual four-session pack, and are not satisfied after your first session, you can request a refund for the rest of the pack in writing seven days after your first session.

Your healing session pack or group booking is confirmed once your full payment or a deposit payment is received.

​

All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE, with the exception of first-time clients not being satisfied after their first session, having paid for a four-session pack and requesting a refund of three additional three sessions.

​

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an invoice for the payment made and any remaining payment dates and amounts.

​

If any payments are missed or late, you will be taken off the program, group healing, workshop, retreat etc. with no refund.

​

Please note that once you have signed up for a program, group healing, workshop or retreat you are liable for the payment in full should you decide that you no longer wish to attend. We cannot be held liable for any third-party costs, such as travel bookings or accommodation.

​

Cancellations, Rescheduling and Transfers

With the exception of the first four session pack deal, including having the three remaining sessions refunded if a first-time client isn’t satisfied, no other refunds will be given, however, remaining individual and group session spots can be transferred to another person.

​

Any session may be rescheduled by the participant once and 24 hours or more before the session is due to begin without penalty. Otherwise, it will be considered a session taken, unless there is an unforeseen accident or emergency and this is discussed with Soultones and agreed in writing.

​

Where notice is given more than 30 days in advance, bookings for workshops and retreats can be moved to another workshop or retreat within one calendar year. A £30 admin fee will be applicable. Bookings can be deferred one time only.

​

The facilitator may reschedule healing sessions for unforeseen circumstances or emergency reasons without notice. The facilitator has the right to cancel any and all remaining healing sessions without notice or reimbursement in cases of participant harassment or abuse.

​

Physical & Mental Health

Participants are responsible for their own physical wellbeing and communicating any changes to their physical, mental or emotional health directly to Soultones.

​

Diet, Food Sensitives & Intolerances

Food is included at some Soultones events. Taking allergies and intolerances into consideration depends on the capacity of the caterer of each event. Where the caterer has the capacity, we will ask for diet details in our registration forms.

​

Confidentiality

Any personal information shared with Soultones is confidential and will not be shared with any third party. However, in group sessions, workshops and retreats, participants will be sharing in a group environment about their process and personal information that they feel is necessary for Soultones to support them.

​

With regards to any information shared by your fellow participants, Soultones requests that participants do not share any details about other people’s process, or their names outside the event.

​

We also ask you not to advise another participant or share a personal opinion with them about the process they are going through unless directly asked by that person.

​

Photographic

Mobile or electronic devices are to be switched off at all times during Soultones events unless the event is online. Under no circumstances are photos or video recording by participants allowed.

​

Lost Items

Participants are responsible for their belongings at all times. Soultones is not responsible for items that are lost or left behind at any event.

​

Relationships

Participants promise not to engage in intimate or sexual relations with another participant during the event. This applies from the beginning until the completion of the event. This is essential to creating a safe space for deep healing to take place. The only exception is when participants are already in a partnership prior to the event.

Creating a safe space is our commitment to participants and we encourage any concerns to be expressed to Soultones.

Timing

Participants commit to being present and on time for all events. Where participants are consistently late, Soultones reserves the right to remove the participant from the event.
