What is sound healing?
Sound healing is the use of sound, voice, music and instruments combined with healing intention to rebalance and harmonise the mind, body and spirit.
It’s a gentle, natural, non-invasive therapy that works with the body’s rhythms, activating its innate ability to heal itself. Sound healing can help increase relaxation, reduce tension and stress, lower blood pressure, aid with sleep, deepen focus, unlock creativity, bring clarity and more.
How I work with sound
I use a combination of my voice, music and instruments in my sound healing sessions. Holding the space as a clear channel with healing intention, I take you on a guided meditation journey, use emotional music to encourage inner exploration, tone vowel sounds, sing intuitive messages, and play specific instruments like crystal bowls, tuning forks and chimes.

As I guide you into your body, I ask you specific questions to help you discover answers based on your healing focus. This is a very gentle process and you are taken through it step by step. It’s also creative and varies depending on people’s personalities, past experiences, emotions, and how receptive they are in the moment.
